investment property real estate loans) or
Commercial
Real Estate Loan Application that you may fill out on
line. These are secure loan applications.
- Approval (underwriting) for some loan applications may be less than
two weeks subject to appraisals and on site inspection if required. A loan
Commitment will be issued at approval with subject to requirements. At that
time Appraisal fees, underwriting fees, (a case by case requirement), travel
and inspection fees( a case by case requirement) or any miscellaneous fee will
be needed by lender to complete full approval. We DO NOT REQUIRE UP
FRONT FEES.
